As a Product Manager at Valven, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end — from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration. Working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams, you will define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions. By translating customer needs and market signals into clear roadmaps, you will ensure our platform continues to create measurable value for modern software teams. What You’ll Do: Develop a deep understanding of product strategy and business objectives to maximize delivery value and efficiency Drive end-to-end execution of the product roadmap, from discovery to delivery Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders around a shared product vision Translate strategic goals into clear product requirements and execution plans Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions Identify and prioritize new market and growth opportunities Analyze product usage data, conduct market and industry research, and generate actionable insights Design, run, and evaluate experiments to continuously improve key product KPIs Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) 3+ years of experience in Product Management Strong experience in market research, customer discovery, and translating insights into impactful product features Proven track record of delivering at least one product end-to-end Experience defining and executing a significant product roadmap Solid understanding of web application architecture and technical concepts Experience launching new products or initiatives from concept to go-to-market Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Creative, strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Fluency in English (written and spoken) Plus: Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tools and solutions Experience leveraging AI/ML in products Genuine interest in engineering productivity and SDLC optimization What We Offer A friendly work environment built on trust, autonomy, and deep focus A culture that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning A supportive, collaborative environment where great ideas can come from anywhere The opportunity to grow with a team that’s passionate about building things that matter
