Fun team enthusiast – You bring joy to every aspect of game design and teamwork. 🚀 What You’ll Do: Drive MVP creation – Develop the MVP by breaking it into smaller processes and tasks, assigning them to relevant stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution. Manage progress – Oversee task progression and ensure timely delivery. Design levels – Use the Level Editor to craft engaging levels, adjusting difficulty with enemy spawns and health. Balance gameplay – Fine-tune skills, weapons, enemy stats, and the game economy for a seamless player experience. Ensure quality – Conduct soft and hard QA to identify and resolve issues. Collaborate effectively – Work closely with artists, developers, and other teams to deliver exceptional results. 🔧 What We Require: Product management experience – Proven industry experience to manage game development processes and teams. MVP expertise – Skilled in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks. Level design skills – Proficiency in using level editors and adjusting gameplay elements like difficulty. Gameplay balancing – Experience in stat adjustments and game economy optimization. QA knowledge – Familiar with conducting soft and hard QA processes.
