We are looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for the overall vision, quality, and success of our puzzle games. Responsibilities Developing comprehensive game design documents to guide the implementation of fun and engaging game mechanics and features. Collaborating closely with art, development, and QA teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with the company’s goals. Continuously monitoring key KPIs (e.g., retention, LTV, ARPU), analyzing player behavior data, and providing actionable insights to drive growth and engagement. Designing and executing A/B tests to optimize game features, mechanics, and monetization strategies. Leveraging market trends, competitor insights, and player feedback to shape product roadmaps and feature development. Planning and optimizing in-game events, promotions, and player onboarding flows. Building and maintaining product roadmaps, prioritizing features and updates based on player needs, business impact, and development resources. Requirements 2+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the mobile puzzle gaming industry. Demonstrated success in managing the full mobile game lifecycle, from development and launch to live operations. Strong understanding of key mobile game KPIs (e.g., retention, LTV, ARPU) Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Passion for mobile gaming and game development.
