In that team; Work within our cross functional agile teams to develop and maintain customer-facing and employee-facing applications of Private Pension, Have the opportunity to work in different business areas such as Private Pension sales, endorsement, plan/group management, contribution and payment, fund management, customer related operations and technology transformation projects, Collect, analyze and process requirements, Prepare detailed specification reports for software development team, test software applications, do maintenance on existing systems, Take role in preparation of automated tests, Solve problems and apply solutions for common usage, Monitoring and maintaining end-user experience, Assisting project coordination end-to-end, Continuously making progress to increase Software Development Life Cycle standards, Chase innovation and improvement about new technologies and methodologies. How do we describe the perfect match? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end business analysis, experience design, and testing processes throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production.
