Deep expertise across talent, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, succession, reward, employee experience, and workforce planning. Business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into high-impact people strategies. A transformation mindset, with the courage to challenge convention and help shape what comes next. Curiosity about the future of work and how AI, technology, and data can unlock better people and business outcomes. A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a passion for building future-ready leaders, capabilities, and cultures. What You Will Shape Reporting to the Market People & Culture Head, you will lead the People & Culture agenda for Commercial Functions and partner closely with senior leaders to: Drive people and organization strategies that enable growth and transformation. Leverage data, technology, and AI to improve people decisions and business outcomes.
