Oredata provides a fast-paced and hands-on creative environment for recent graduates. If you are a new graduate looking to grow and develop your career as part of a collaborative team, we would be happy to have you join us. New graduates and engineers with up to 1 year of professional experience are eligible to participate in the Oredata Academy Program. After 3 months of training and hands-on projects, successful participants will have the opportunity to join one of Oredata's teams. What kinds of skills do we need? Bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience in frontend development Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, or Next.js Experience developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot Strong willingness and ability to learn technologies quickly Open to continuous learning and keeping up with modern software development trends Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined A strong team player with good communication skills Excellent command of the English language Why Oredata?
