We are looking for a dynamic and highly proactive NOC (Network Operations Center) Specialis t to join our international Telecom Operations Department . We don’t evaluate our candidates based on years of experience; instead, we are looking for the right mindset - someone who is agile, confident, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced telecommunications environment . What You’ll Monitor network performance and infrastructure using internal monitoring tools Respond to alerts and incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate when necessary Collaborate with engineering, IT, and support teams to ensure service continuity Maintain incident logs and technical documentation Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and configuration checks Support the monitoring and implementation of basic security protocols Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or an IT related field. Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching). Strong analytical thinking skills with a solid grasp of numbers, margins, and commercial dynamics. Capacity to evaluate multi-dimensional problems, process information rapidly, and make swift, logical decisions. Highly proactive and confident communication style, equipped to engage easily with diverse stakeholders and build strong professional relationships. A genuine eagerness to learn and build a career in the dynamic, international telecommunications industry. Strong interest in telecommunications, international business, and continuous learning.
