The profile we're chasing is simple: you built and shipped a mobile app or game, and then you got real users on it. That last part is everything. Plenty of people can ship an app. Figuring out how to actually acquire users, testing creative, buying installs profitably, growing a product from zero, is the rarest and most valuable skill you can bring us. Show us the app you shipped and the users you got on it: real installs, real retention, real revenue.
