As a Microsoft Presales Consultant, you’ll partner with customers to understand their challenges, design the right Microsoft-based infrastructure, and lead the technical delivery of the projects you create. It’s a mix of presales consulting and hands-on implementation, perfect for someone who enjoys both advising and building.

What you’ll do Meet with IT and business leaders to understand challenges and shape solution designs. Prepare technical proposals, run PoCs, and lead workshops on cloud, infra, and migration strategies. Translate technical requirements into clear, commercially aligned solutions. Lead the implementation of the projects you designed, including on-prem to cloud migrations. Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, and core infra components. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and provide advanced L3 technical support when needed. Job Requirements

Strong hands-on background in system administration, engineering, or IT consultancy. Deep understanding of Azure IaaS, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and hybrid scenarios. Experience with server and workload migrations to the cloud. Confidence working with AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Azure AD Connect, and Azure Stack HCI. Ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in Turkish and solid technical English. Nice to have Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Windows Server Hybrid (AZ-800).
