Lounge Agent - Istanbul İş İlanı

Emirates is excited to be opening a new Lounge at Istanbul showcasing our new lounge concept to eligible passengers, we are now looking for Senior Lounge Agents to join this newly established team. As our new Lounge Agent, you will support the successful opening and day-to-day operation of the new Emirates Lounge at Istanbul Airport. You will help provide a warm, attentive and consistently high-quality experience for our premium customers while supporting the wider lounge team. The role combines premium customer service with practical operational support, helping to maintain a welcoming lounge environment and ensuring customers receive the level of service expected from Emirates. What the Role Entails You will welcome customers into the lounge, introduce them to the available services and provide warm, attentive and personalised support throughout their visit. You will help maintain a welcoming, well-presented and fully operational lounge environment, working closely with colleagues and service partners across catering, cleaning and maintenance. You will support customers with a range of airport services, including seat changes, boarding passes, transit check-in, reservation changes and lounge boarding where applicable. From time to time, you may also support ticket desk functions and wider airport operations. You will keep customers informed of flight departures and other relevant updates, respond promptly to queries and concerns, and help resolve issues in a way that restores customer confidence. The role also includes supporting stock control, recording customer and operational information, monitoring meal wastage and consumable use, assisting with audits and carrying out other reasonable duties as directed by the Lounge Supervisor. Qualification What must you have to be considered for this role? Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish & English. The right to live and work in Türkiye. A minimum of one years experience in airline or hotel hospitality The ability to hold a full airport pass at Istanbul airport What Will Capture Our Attention Experience delivering high-quality hospitality or customer service in a lounge, airline, hotel or other premium environment. A warm, confident and proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and respond calmly in a busy setting. Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to creating a consistently excellent customer experience. Previous aviation or airport experience will be an advantage.
