Team Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. You will join a small team that is growing, composed of veterans from the industry, where you will participate in every aspect of development. The Studio is working on refreshing and expanding one of our top legacy games - Collect'Em All . This game has already achieved great success, and we're eager to build on that momentum to (i) deploy learnings to more portfolio games and (ii) obtain a moonshot outcome; Paper.io & Hole.io are good such past examples. Role We are looking for an outstanding Lead Game Developer with a strong understanding of both the hypercasual and casual mobile game markets to help the team deliver on robust game roadmaps at a fast pace. You will take an innovative approach to gameplay ideas/features and give them their own spin. Engage in hands-on coding, creating innovative features played by millions of users Focus on balancing and core gameplay parameters/features to Manage the development cycle with support from teammates, identifying the engineering tasks and processes needed to execute the roadmap Partner with the General Manager in taking responsibility for technical team structure, recruitment and onboarding Guarantee the game is being built with high standards and solid coding practices, targeting long-term quality and a high development pace Monitor product health, working with the technical team to always increase product quality, making sure that issues are addressed on time. Deconstruct, analyze and adapt mobile game mechanics Work with product leadership on roadmap, rollouts and adoption Provide technical leadership for the team With this role, you will have a strong impact on the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people working on one of the most successful Voodoo games. Flesh out the details of a game's design, oversee its testing and revise the game in response to player feedback.
