We're looking for a Lead, Business Transformation & Organizational Efficiency to join our Business Transformation & Organizational Efficiency team and help drive enterprise-wide transformation across Zurich Sigorta and Zurich Yaşam & Emeklilik. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that partners with senior leaders across the organization to improve business performance, optimize end-to-end processes, establish governance frameworks and enterprise standards , and deliver meaningful business change. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, analytical excellence, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence without formal authority. Role & Responsibilities Drive enterprise-wide business transformation and organizational efficiency initiatives across Zurich Sigorta and Zurich Yaşam & Emeklilik. Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness. Lead end-to-end process improvement, simplification, standardization, and optimization initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise process documentation, including process maps, process flows, operating models, and role profiles to ensure organizational clarity and consistency. Establish and coordinate the corporate documentation governance framework, ensuring policies, guidelines, procedures, and governance documents are developed, maintained, and reviewed in accordance with regulatory requirements and business needs Coordinate governance committees and cross-functional forums by preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and tracking action items through completion. Develop and monitor KPI framework, productivity metrics, and performance dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and performance transparency, and continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery. Support transformation portfolio governance through executive reporting, business insights, progress tracking, and performance analysis. Identify automation, digitalization and process transformation opportunities and partner with Technology teams to implement scalable, data-driven solutions. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure business improvements, governance practices, and operating models remain aligned with regulatory expectations. Coordinate Integrated Management System (IMS) activities, including quality reviews, certification audits, corrective action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with established standards and organizational requirements. Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives through cross-functional coordination, process improvement activities, and governance support. Build trusted relationships across business, technology, and control functions, influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels without direct reporting authority. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline; a master's degree is an advantage. 7–10 years of experience in business transformation, operational excellence, strategy, management consulting, PMO, process management, or a similar function. Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact. Strong knowledge of business process management, governance frameworks, operating model design, policy and procedure development, and organizational documentation. Experience developing process maps, process flows, role profiles, governance documentation, and performance frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business functions without formal authority. Excellence command of English, both written and verbal, with strong business communication and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with process mapping, project management and data visualization tools such as Visio, Jira, Aris, Power BI or equivalent platforms. Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
