For this purpose, the company is about to move up to a new dimension by expanding from Skincare to Human Care (health, beauty & wellness) We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to work in NAOS Turkey Office located in Maslak, İstanbul. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management or Marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, dermocosmetics, medical devices or healthcare sectors. Experience in brand management, annual marketing plans, product launches and campaign execution. Knowledge of healthcare marketing, HCP/KOL engagement and medical communication is an asset. Strong analytical, planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in market analysis, competitor monitoring and translating insights into effective marketing strategies. Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and influencer marketing. Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook). Excellent command of written and spoken English. French is a plus. Dynamic, proactive, result-oriented and willing to travel. No military obligation for male candidates. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of annual brand plans, marketing strategies and 360° activation plans. Execute marketing campaigns and monitor their performance to optimize brand growth. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities. Support new product launches and contribute to the growth of the existing product portfolio. Prepare and update promotional and scientific materials in compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements. Develop medical and marketing content for HCPs, digital platforms, social media and influencer activities. Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholders. Plan and coordinate congresses, symposiums, field meetings and other marketing events. Collaborate closely with Medical, Sales, Regulatory Affairs and external agencies to ensure effective project execution. Support sales teams by developing product training materials and promotional tools. Monitor marketing budgets, sales performance and campaign KPIs, and prepare regular reports. Utilize CRM and market intelligence tools to analyze customer insights and support data-driven decision making.
