This role is fully remote for candidates outside İstanbul. For those based in İstanbul, we follow a hybrid model; 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. What You’ll Be Responsible For Support the evaluation of new user acquisition channels, including paid sources, and help run structured experiments such as A/B tests, Assist in developing hypotheses at different stages of the funnel (audience targeting, creatives, user journey) and help turn them into actionable growth initiatives, Collaborate closely with the creative team by sharing insights and supporting performance-driven creative strategies, Support the production of creative variations and testing roadmaps to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, Help analyze campaign performance data and contribute to actionable growth strategies, Work with the marketing team to support user acquisition, activation, and retention efforts, Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities, Help prepare regular reports that highlight growth opportunities and risks, Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in growth and performance. marketing What We’re Looking For New graduate or up to 1 year of experience in growth or marketing, Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok,, etc.), Willingness and ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams (designers, artists, content creators), Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to take action, Naturally curious, eager to learn, and driven to discover untapped opportunities for growth, Excellent command of English.
