From how customers discover us, to how they design their living spaces, to how their furniture is delivered and serviced, we believe digital can and should make it all better ✨ We are looking for a hands-on Junior Product Owner (E-commerce) to support the execution and continuous improvement of our Shopify Plus e-commerce experience. You will work closely with our Product Manager and Designer to coordinate product launches, website improvements, and digital experiences while using AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and automation. What you’ll do 🚀 Manage website execution for new product launches, ensuring products, visuals, and content are accurately published Support day-to-day Shopify Plus operations, including content, merchandising, and minor website updates Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency Use AI-assisted tools to implement and accelerate Shopify Plus updates Work with the Product Manager to turn priorities into clear execution plans and coordinate delivery Collaborate with design, agencies, and developers to deliver website improvements and new features Track bugs, coordinate technical follow-ups, and support issue resolution Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the website experience Conduct QA and testing for new features, website updates, and launches Who You Are 👀 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, product, digital operations, or related roles Strong customer experience mindset, with a sharp eye for detail Curious, eager to learn, and proactive in exploring better ways of working and solving problems Comfortable managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and external partners Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus Comfortable using AI tools for productivity, automation, and digital execution Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
