Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Security, or a similar role, Hands-on experience with core security technologies such as PAM, SIEM, EDR/EPP, DLP, vulnerability scanners, Good understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, virtualization platforms, enterprise applications, and cloud environments, Experience with SOC/NOC operations, incident response, and security event handling, Working knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, NIST controls, Experience in audit, risk assessment, compliance, and vulnerability management processes, Ability to prepare and maintain security documentation such as policies, procedures, standards, and operational guidelines, Experience in multi-location environments, retail stores, distributed offices, and disaster recovery / business continuity contexts is a plus, Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with good written and spoken English, Military service should be completed for male candidates Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and improve security tools and controls across the company, Monitor security systems for anomalies, vulnerabilities, and potential security events, Perform and coordinate incident response activities with relevant IT teams, Drive remediation of vulnerabilities, penetration test findings, audit findings, and risk assessment actions from identification to closure, Support ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, PDPL, and other compliance-related processes, Work with infrastructure, network, system, application, and business teams to maintain and improve security controls, Support security requirements for multi-location environments, retail stores, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery / business continuity environments, Prepare and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, reports, and operational documentation, Follow up basic security KPIs, action plans, remediation progress, and report them to line management, Contribute to security awareness and training activities across the company.
