Join us now and give your career a home.” Your Responsibilities / Data & Automation Solutions: Support the design, development, and maintenance of data models and automation solutions using tools such as Amazon Redshift, Power BI, Power Automate, and KNIME. / Agile Project Coordination: Assist Product Owners and team coaches with sprint planning, backlog and requirement tracking, dependency management, meeting coordination, and milestone reporting. / Platform Governance & Administration: Support platform access, licenses, permissions, compliance, security guidelines, and onboarding processes to enable secure and scalable use. / Operations & User Support: Monitor operational tasks and IT incidents, provide first-line support, and coordinate communication or escalation with the relevant teams when needed. / Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, process workflows, and self-service resources; help organize training sessions, workshops, and internal communities. Your Profile / Education: Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year bachelor’s student in Computer or Software Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. / Availability: Able to work at least three days per week and interested in a long-term engagement, preferably for one year or more. / Areas of Interest: Strong interest in data and analytics, AI, IT operations, agile project management, platform governance, and operational excellence. / Language & Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English, with clear, structured communication and strong documentation skills. / Core Strengths: Proactive, self-responsible, organized, service-oriented, result-focused, and motivated to collaborate and learn in an international environment; prior exposure to relevant tools is a plus.
