Position: IT Helpdesk Specialist Location: Etiler, Istanbul Employment Type: Hybrid QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably graduated from related departments of universities (Management Information Systems, Computer Programming, etc.), At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology, Able to produce innovative and creative solutions, Possesses strong planning and organizational skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and result-oriented work ethic, Capable of identifying opportunities to drive improvements and changes in operational control processes, Knowledgeable in managing Microsoft systems, Open to development and learning, Active driver’s license and ability to drive, No travel restrictions to group company locations. JOB DESCRIPTION: Knowledgeable in maintenance, adjustments, and spare parts for notebooks, PCs, and printers, Experienced in computer fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repair, Experienced in providing client support to end-users working in a domain environment, Knowledgeable about Active Directory structure, Knowledgeable about cybersecurity concepts, methodologies, standards, policies, and procedures, Proficient in Windows Office programs and experienced in installing and updating antivirus programs, Experienced in setting up and troubleshooting mobile devices, Preferably experienced in desktop and server operating systems, Meticulous and experienced in IT inventory management, Knowledgeable about ITSM (Help Desk) programs, Able to intervene in problems remotely and on-site when necessary, outside working hours, Completed military service (for male candidates).
