We develop and scale AI-powered tools, lifestyle apps, and products that add value to users’ daily lives. Our apps are part of a growing ecosystem reaching millions of users worldwide. Why Are We Hiring for This Role? (Honest Answer) We have a strong development team, but we lack a true owner for growth. Our apps are growing organically — but there is a big difference between “it is growing” and “we are intentionally growing it.” Today Retention Trial conversion Lifecycle marketing Paywall optimization are all performing below their potential . The Goal Of This Role Is Simple We are looking for someone who owns these metrics and treats them as their responsibility . What You Will Do (No Buzzwords, Just Reality) Your Core KPIs Will Be MAU Retention Trial-to-paid conversion LTV Our Goal Is Clear Grow from ~3M MAU to 10M MAU by 2027 To Achieve This, You Will Own ASO and ASA strategy (both organic and paid growth) Design the entire user journey from onboarding to retention Set up A/B tests, analyze results, and turn insights into action Influence and shape the product roadmap with a growth mindset Run paywall and monetization experiments to increase LTV across apps Work closely with the development team and clearly define what needs to be built What We Expect From You We are not looking for someone who only writes strategy documents. This is not a role where you say: “I prepared the report, now engineering will handle it.” You Will Own outcomes Take responsibility end-to-end Experiment, learn, and iterate until it works Why Technical Knowledge Matters You will not be writing code. But This Role Does Not Work Unless You Understand How Firebase event tracking is implemented How to clearly communicate requirements to developers How attribution and analytics systems work How A/B testing infrastructure operates What We Are Looking For Has successfully grown at least one mobile app with measurable results Strong understanding of growth metrics (retention cohorts, funnels, attribution) Experience with ASO / ASA Hands-on experience with tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adapty, etc. Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English Strong execution mindset (not just strategy) Minimum 4 Years Of Experience In Relevant Fields Nice to Have Flutter or mobile development background Experience optimizing paywalls in consumer apps Experience scaling multiple apps simultaneously What We Offer Full growth ownership across a 3-app portfolio Direct impact: your work will affect millions of users Fast decision-making, low hierarchy Remote-friendly working environment Real ownership culture — not just a title
