Full Stack Developer - Laravel İş İlanı

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our software development team and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our production platforms. Our technology ecosystem includes customer-facing websites, centralized backend services, internal administration platforms, partner and supplier APIs, booking and order management, payment systems, ticketing and QR solutions, automated workflows, and integrations with external service providers. This is a hands-on engineering position with a strong focus on Laravel full-stack development, APIs and system integrations . The successful candidate will work closely with our existing software engineering team and take ownership of features from technical analysis through implementation, testing and production release. Responsibilities Develop, maintain and improve production applications built with Laravel . Design and implement new features based on business and operational requirements. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal systems, partners and suppliers. Integrate third-party services and external APIs. Build and maintain webhook-based integrations. Develop and improve order, booking, product availability, payment, ticketing and QR workflows. Work with Laravel Jobs, Queues, Events, Listeners and scheduled commands. Develop reliable asynchronous processes with appropriate retry, failure-handling and logging strategies. Work with MySQL/MariaDB databases, complex relationships and production datasets. Optimize SQL queries, Eloquent usage and application performance. Identify and resolve N+1 queries and other performance bottlenecks. Maintain data integrity and consider backward compatibility when changing existing functionality. Develop and maintain Laravel frontend functionality using Blade, Alpine.js, JavaScript and Vite. Investigate and resolve production bugs and integration issues. Write automated tests for critical application functionality. Participate in technical design, estimation and code review. Maintain technical documentation for important functionality and integrations. Assist with deployments and production troubleshooting when required. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional hands-on Laravel development experience. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming . Strong understanding of Laravel architecture and framework conventions . Professional experience developing and maintaining production applications . Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs . Strong knowledge of MySQL / MariaDB and relational database design . Strong experience with Eloquent ORM, relationships and query optimization . Experience with Laravel Jobs and Queues . Experience with Events, Listeners and scheduled tasks . Experience with Form Requests, validation and API Resources . Experience with caching and application performance optimization . Experience integrating third-party APIs and webhooks . Good understanding of authentication and authorization . Good understanding of database transactions, concurrency and data integrity . Strong Git knowledge and experience with feature-branch workflows. Experience debugging production applications. Ability to understand and work with an existing production codebase. Ability to write clean, maintainable and testable code. Good understanding of web application security principles. Ability to independently investigate and solve technical problems. The successful candidate should be able to understand a business requirement, review the existing architecture, identify dependencies and edge cases, design an appropriate solution, implement it according to established standards, test it thoroughly and support its release to production. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with real production systems involving multiple applications and external integrations. For example, when asked to integrate an external booking provider, you should be comfortable reviewing its API documentation, understanding the existing order architecture, designing data mappings, handling authentication and failures, preventing duplicate transactions, implementing the integration, testing the complete workflow and preparing it for production.
