Forward Deployed AI Engineer — Property Turkey (Onsite) Since 2001, Property Turkey has helped over 10,000 clients from around the world buy property across Turkey, from Istanbul to the coast. Our work spans real estate sales, funds, property management and lettings, and design & renovations. We already have an in-house team of developers and AI engineers building agentic AI to support our advisory business, and we're looking for someone to join them. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to sit close to the people actually using what they build, our real estate consultants, and ultimately our clients, and shape how AI supports the day-to-day work of a real, established business. As our Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you'll work onsite alongside our existing engineers to figure out where agentic AI can genuinely help, then design, build, and ship it. You'll spend real time with our sales and advisory teams to understand their workflows, turn that into working systems, and keep iterating once it's live based on what actually happens when real people use it, not just how it performs on paper. What you'll be doing: Working directly with our sales and advisory team, onsite, to find workflows where an agent that can plan, use tools, and take multi-step actions would genuinely help Building and iterating on agentic AI systems end to end, from design through deployment Watching how agents perform in the real world and continuously refining prompts, tool use, and decision logic based on that Working across modern LLM providers and supporting infrastructure like vector search Building the tools and integrations agents need to act on real systems and data Putting in the guardrails and evaluation steps needed to trust an agent with real, client-facing actions Taking messy, half-formed requirements from non-technical stakeholders and turning them into something that actually ships Debugging and improving agents that are already live What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Real, hands-on experience building agentic AI systems in production, not just prototypes or single-turn chatbots Full English proficiency is a MUST.
