We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a leading global company in the food & beverage and packaging industry. This role is based in Adana and focuses on delivering hands-on technical support and maintenance services at key customer sites to ensure maximum equipment uptime. Description Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on site Execute troubleshooting activities on installed machinery and production lines Support installation, commissioning, and start-up activities when required Maintain close communication with customers and ensure high service quality Provide basic operator training and technical guidance when necessary Prepare service reports and ensure accurate documentation Monitor and contribute to KPIs such as technical efficiency, OTIF performance, and financial targets Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, planning, and technical support Profile A successful Field Services Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (mandatory) 2-7 years of field service or maintenance experience Prior experience in food & beverage and/or packaging industries is strongly preferred Strong hands-on skills in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Basic knowledge of automation systems is a plus Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a field-based role Flexible and adaptable to changing service conditions Willingness to travel (approximately 20% domestic & international) Good command of English (minimum B2 level) Proficiency in basic computer tools (ICDL level) Valid driver's license Job Offer
