We Are Hiring – Data Center Operations Team | Türkiye We are currently building our on-site Data Center Operations team in Türkiye and are looking for hands-on professionals with experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, critical facilities, EHS & security, facility engineering, and technical project delivery. If you have experience working in data centers, telecom facilities, cloud infrastructure, critical environments, or large-scale industrial facilities, we would be happy to hear from you. The first two positions are on top priority -- 1. Data center IT Ops Technician & 2. Data center IT Ops Expert 1. Data center IT Ops Technician Shift: 24×7 Rotating Shifts | Team of 4 Responsibilities Perform 24×7 on-site IT operations duty according to customer requirements. Monitor data center IT infrastructure and support daily operational activities. Handle and complete daily work orders/tickets according to established procedures and SLA requirements. Support basic server, network, and data center equipment troubleshooting. Participate in incident and emergency response. Maintain accurate operational records and handover information between shifts. Requirements Vocational diploma / associate degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields . 1+ years of IT operations or data center-related experience . Fresh graduates with a relevant technical background may also be considered. Basic knowledge of servers, networks, and data center equipment . Basic troubleshooting skills. Able to work on a 24×7 rotating shift schedule . Turkish and working-level English required. 2. Data center IT Ops Expert Schedule: 5×8 | 1 Position Responsibilities Lead daily IT operations activities and work-order execution within the data center. Organize and conduct analysis of operational incidents and recurring technical issues. Identify root causes and drive corrective and optimization measures. Lead or coordinate on-site emergency response for IT-related incidents. Coordinate technicians and other operational resources when required. Support operational process improvement and ensure compliance with customer requirements and SLAs. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, IT, or related disciplines . 5+ years of IDC/data center IT operations experience , preferably including operations management responsibilities. Previous team coordination, shift-lead, or technical leadership experience . Strong knowledge of servers, networks, data center IT infrastructure, and monitoring systems. Strong incident analysis, troubleshooting, and emergency coordination capabilities. ITIL or other advanced IT/O&M certifications preferred. Turkish and working-level English required. 3. Data center Security Technician Shift: 24×7 Rotating Shifts | Team of 4 Responsibilities Perform 24×7 on-site security monitoring and duty coverage for the data center. Monitor security and safety systems and respond to alarms. Conduct routine security inspections and report abnormalities. Respond to emergencies and support on-site incident handling. Follow data center security, safety, and emergency response procedures. Requirements Vocational diploma / associate degree or above. Safety, fire protection, security, or related background preferred. Military veterans with relevant technical/security experience are also welcome. 1+ years of security duty, safety monitoring, or related experience. Basic emergency response capability. Able to work on a 24×7 rotating shift schedule . Turkish and working-level English required. 4. Data center Security Engineer – Regional Lead Schedule: 5×8 | 1 Position Responsibilities Act as the regional safety/security lead supporting on-site data center operations. Provide professional support in safety management, fire protection engineering, and EHS . Conduct safety inspections, risk identification, and corrective action follow-up. Support fire protection system management and emergency response activities. Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams on EHS and safety matters. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of site safety standards and procedures. Requirements Associate or Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, EHS, or a related discipline . 3–5 years of safety/fire protection management experience , preferably in data centers or industrial facilities. Strong knowledge of EHS practices and emergency response. Fire Protection Engineer qualification or relevant EHS certification preferred. Data center or critical infrastructure experience is highly preferred. Turkish and working-level English required. 5. Data center Generalist Expert – Project & Technical Delivery Schedule: 5×8 | 1 Position Responsibilities Support one or more technical areas related to international data center projects, including: IDC site selection; Testing & Commissioning (T&C); IDC construction/project management; IT deployment project management; EMS monitoring system solutions and delivery; CAD drafting and technical documentation. Coordinate technical project activities across customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Handle complex cross-functional technical and delivery issues. Support project implementation, testing, acceptance, and delivery. Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members. Drive improvements to technical standards, procedures, and project delivery processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields . 5+ years of relevant experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, construction, commissioning, or technical project delivery. Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in multi-vendor or international projects preferred. PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred. Experience in standards/process optimization is highly desirable. Turkish and working-level English required. 6. Data center FE Technician – Facility Operations Shift: 24×7 Rotating Shifts | Team of 4 Responsibilities Perform 24×7 on-site monitoring of critical data center facility systems. Conduct routine facility inspections and equipment patrols. Monitor alarms and respond to facility-related incidents. Liaise with leased data center POCs and other stakeholders for daily operational coordination. Handle urgent facility work orders and support immediate incident mitigation. Maintain shift logs, inspection records, and incident documentation. Support emergency response activities according to site procedures. Requirements Vocational diploma / associate degree or above in Electrical, HVAC, Electromechanical Engineering, or related disciplines . 1+ years of data center facility O&M or related critical facility experience . Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and facility monitoring systems. Basic troubleshooting and emergency response capability. Junior electrician license or other relevant facility certification preferred. Able to work on a 24×7 rotating shift schedule . Turkish and working-level English required. 7. Data center FE Engineer – Facility Engineering Schedule: 5×8 | 1 Position Responsibilities Plan and execute routine maintenance activities for data center critical infrastructure. Handle facility faults and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions. Track operational risks and implement optimization measures. Ensure maintenance and facility-related projects are completed according to schedule and requirements. Coordinate duty schedules and on-site emergency response. Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians. Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and facility teams. Support continuous improvement of facility operation and maintenance processes. Requirements Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines . 3–5 years of data center facility O&M experience . Hands-on knowledge of data center critical infrastructure such as UPS, generators, electrical distribution, cooling/HVAC, and monitoring systems preferred. Strong fault diagnosis and emergency handling capability. Ability to train and mentor junior technicians. Intermediate electrician license, HVAC Engineer certification, or equivalent technical certification preferred. Turkish and working-level English required.
