RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and maintain core game economy & player behavior KPIs , and build analytical frameworks to measure the impact of product changes on engagement and monetization Write advanced SQL to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources; ensure data consistency across reports and dashboards Investigate and debug data/tracking issues (missing/incorrect events, broken funnels, attribution inconsistencies), collaborate with engineering to restore data integrity Monitor weekly performance of the games and produce regular weekly reports (trends, anomalies, segment breakdowns) with clear insights and recommendations Partner closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to translate business questions into analysis plans, hypotheses, and measurable success metrics Run A/B test analysis and experimentation analytics (test design support, statistical significance, guardrails, segmentation) to optimize key KPIs Identify patterns, anomalies, and KPI shifts; perform root-cause analysis and communicate drivers behind changes Build statistical and predictive models to forecast outcomes of feature/content changes and validate post-launch impact Build and run game economy simulations (scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis) to estimate the effects of content, reward, and progression changes Provide data-driven suggestions to improve ads monetization setup (placement performance, frequency/strategy, revenue vs. retention trade-offs) Present findings through concise narratives, visualizations, and actionable next steps for leadership and cross-functional teams REQUIRED SKILLS: 2+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling with large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets Strong quantitative mindset; passion for numbers, formulas, and analytical problem-solving Solid knowledge of statistical inference & hypothesis testing (A/B testing, significance, confidence intervals, power/guardrails) Hands-on experience with simulation methods (e.g., Monte Carlo), scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis Strong understanding of F2P mobile game principles (economy, progression, retention, monetization, ads/IAP trade-offs) Advanced Excel skills Proficient in SQL Experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and analytics libraries/tools Python/R (or similar analytical coding) is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced English proficiency Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field Please note: a case study (test task) will be required as part of the recruitment process.
