Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines, Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Strong interest or experience in end-to-end business process mapping, analysis, and optimization, Proficiency or familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards for process modeling, Experience in designing user-centric UI/UX mockups and wireframes using industry tools such as Figma or Balsamiq, Basic knowledge of the .NET / C# framework , with the ability to understand software architecture, layers, and business logic without necessarily coding, Good understanding of relational databases (SQL) and RESTful API/integration concepts, Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand operational workflows across different departments, including Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance, Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, Excellent cross-functional communication, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Map current-state ( As-Is ) workflows across operational departments and design future-state ( To-Be ) digitized processes using BPMN standards, Create intuitive screen mockups and prototypes, translating business needs into detailed technical requirement documents, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and User Stories , Act as the functional bridge between business units and software vendors/development teams; oversee project scope, technical estimations, and vendor deliverables, Design test scenarios and coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software deliverables meet agreed business requirements, Track, monitor, and report project scope, milestones, and effort estimations throughout digital transformation initiatives.
