In its digital transformation journey, Gürok Information Technologies Team is looking for an “Business Solutions Project Lead / Manager". What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably supported by a master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Communications, Hands-on experience in project management, Experience in solution design and development processes within Customer Experience and Customer Relationship Management, with knowledge of relevant methodologies and approaches, A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably 7–8 years, Have knowledge of Customer 360 and advanced analytics, Experience in relevant roles or departments within Customer Experience and Customer Relationship Management, or active involvement in related projects, Experience in continuous research and solution development, with a continuous improvement mindset, Have knowledge of cloud technologies, analytical capabilities and solutions, Preferably experience in customer data identification and analytics, Have knowledge of Agile development processes and methodologies, Have a great command of English. What will you do? Taking responsibility for all processes and the overall management of the Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience and Data Management (Customer 360) platform; guiding relevant teams and presenting innovative platform-related solutions to business units, Managing sales and marketing, mobile application, e-commerce, artificial intelligence and tourism projects end-to-end, and presenting innovative solutions to business units, Strengthening communication and collaboration with business units; supporting sales and marketing activities in identifying new customer journeys and experience areas, and acting as a bridge between business units and customer experience solution development teams, Working closely with the Group CTO and directors with a customer-oriented transformation, sales and marketing perspective; continuously researching and presenting relevant solution proposals, Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and areas for improvement, develop best practices and provide guidance to relevant teams, Leading projects that contribute to revenue growth and increased customer satisfaction by engaging and mobilizing business units, Responsible closely monitoring the progress and budget compliance of team and departmental projects, Regularly monitoring the team’s activities, reviewing deliverables, and providing direction and guidance.
