Job Summary Lead the Business Intelligence strategy across the organization, driving data-driven decision making, advanced analytics, AI adoption, and data governance. The role is responsible for defining and implementing data platforms, business intelligence solutions, machine learning use cases, and AI initiatives that create measurable business value and operational efficiency. Role and Responsibilities • Define and execute the organization's Data & AI roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Lead data governance, data quality, data architecture, and master data initiatives. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and advanced analytics capabilities. • Identify, prioritize, and deploy AI and machine learning use cases across commercial, operations, and customer functions. • Manage data engineering, analytics, and AI projects from ideation to production. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions. • Build and manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors. • Lead, coach, and develop data analysts, data engineers, and AI specialists. • Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations that improve business performance. Competencies & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. • Master's degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or AI-related roles. • Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, cloud data platforms, and AI/ML frameworks. • Experience with data governance and enterprise data management. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Proven leadership and project management capabilities. • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on analytical expertise.
