Farmasi is a global beauty and personal care company operating across multiple international markets. FarmasiX is the technology organization supporting Farmasi's digital platforms and operations across its global markets. We develop and continuously improve e-commerce platforms, digital products and integrations used by customers and internal teams across different countries. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product & Technology team in Istanbul. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul. Job Description: Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear software requirements Analyze new feature requests, improvements and production issues related to Farmasi's e-commerce and digital platforms Participate in requirement-gathering meetings with local and international business teams and clarify requirements before development begins Analyze existing system behavior and identify functional gaps, dependencies and potential impacts of requested changes Collaborate with developers throughout the development lifecycle to clarify requirements and support implementation Review APIs, request/response structures, application behavior and browser/network logs when needed during analysis and troubleshooting Validate completed developments against business requirements and acceptance criteria before release Track requirements, tasks, bugs and development progress through Jira and related documentation tools Coordinate with international stakeholders across different markets and time zones when required Take ownership of assigned topics from requirement gathering through development, testing and release Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis or a similar role within software development projects Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Hands-on experience with requirement elicitation, business analysis and translating business needs into software requirements Experience preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows and functional documentation Experience working with Jira, Confluence or similar project and documentation tools. Experience working with e-commerce platforms or other high-transaction digital products is a strong advantage Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong ownership mindset and ability to take initiative Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good command of written and spoken English is a must Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders Able to work full-time from our Istanbul office
