Backend Developer İş İlanı

At Nativeminds, we build B2C subscription-based products used by millions. We're looking for a Backend Developer to build scalable, reliable backend systems that power our products and support our growth. This role is about owning backend products end-to-end, shipping fast, making technical decisions, and building systems that scale. What You'll Own; Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Own backend development from architecture to deployment and monitoring. Design reliable APIs, databases, and backend integrations. Collaborate with product, mobile, design, and marketing teams. Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and cost. Integrate services such as Stripe, Firebase, analytics, and subscription platforms. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Identify and drive technical improvements. What We're Looking For; Experience building and shipping production backend systems. Strong backend experience in any language; you pick the right tool for the job. Solid understanding of APIs, databases, caching, and backend architecture. Experience with B2C, subscriptions or high-scale products . Experience in fast-moving startup environments. Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, and monitoring. Strong programming and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot. Strong ownership and product mindset.
