This allows KAMs to provide customized solutions that address the key account's specific needs. 3.Focus on customer inventory and sales management, build management system 4.Identifying and pursuing new business chances: KAMs are responsible for identifying chances for growth within their key accounts, such as new products or services that the company can offer. 5.Coordinating with internal teams: KAMs work closely with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that their key accounts receive the best possible service and support.
