We are growing fast and preparing for our Series A, and we're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys owning processes end-to-end and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll be the only person in finance, reporting to the Head of Operations and responsible for running and improving all core financial processes — from day-to-day accounting to strategic reporting.

Manage day-to-day accounting & financial operations including expense categorization, invoice formalization, payment processing, and reconciliations in Paraşüt. Lead client account reconciliations and manage the collections process — tracking outstanding receivables, following up on overdue payments, and coordinating with customers to ensure timely cash collection. Oversee payroll operations, salary & SGK payments, employee expense payments and liaise with our external accountant. Track and report on core financial metrics (runway, CAC, burn rate) and manage cash flow planning, debt payments, and bank transactions. Coordinate and follow up on government grants and incentives (TÜBİTAK, Teknopark, KOSGEB), and manage documentation, updates, and reporting. Support investment and compliance processes, manage financial documentation, support audit-readiness, and implement internal finance procedures. Monitor and act on fiscal optimization opportunities — from tax-efficient compensation to interest/FX positioning and advantageous loan usage.

3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A Strong knowledge of Turkish tax law, GAAP, and general financial compliance Experience with financial tools (e.g., Logo, Mikro, LucaNet, QuickBooks, Excel/Sheets) Ability to manage multiple workflows end-to-end independently Strong attention to detail and process ownership mentality Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English Startup or scale-up experience is a strong advantage Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, runway) is a plus
