Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Min 10 years experience in food industry Understanding of food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing and inspections, High knowledge of Global and Local Food Safety Legislation, Quality Management Systems and inspections, Ability to multitask, be detail oriented and to remain calm under pressure, Ability to influence others, Proactive, achievement oriented and problem solver, Excellent command of written and spoken English, Inter-personel skills,communication, persuasiveness, assertiveness and negotiation through the organization, Team player with strong communication skills, Military obligation completed for male candidates, No restrictions to travel. Job Description: Conducting local quality and food safety audits Ensure global standarts and local quality management policies for suppliers, warehouse&distributers Coordinating 3rd party audits Managing food analysis Preparing periodical management reports to highlight strengths & opportunities Following legal audits and new regulations to update operation & support teams
