Business Analyst – Banking / Factoring Applications İş İlanı

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Factoring domain to join our client’s projects. Our client is a leading bank in Türkiye, and the role will involve working remotely from Türkiye on a banking project. Responsibilities Analyze end-to-end factoring business processes and translate business needs into functional requirements. Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements. Prepare functional analysis documents, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with business units, software development teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders. Analyze existing banking and factoring applications and identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Analyze integrations with banking systems, financial institutions, and third-party applications. Prepare process flows, screen specifications, and functional requirements for new features and applications. Support software development and testing teams by clarifying business requirements. Prepare UAT scenarios and support user acceptance testing processes. Follow projects throughout the analysis, development, testing, and production release phases. Ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and defined acceptance criteria. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, financial services, or fintech. Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of factoring business processes. Knowledge of factoring operations such as customer and portfolio management, limits, risk, collections, payments, accounting, checks, and promissory notes is highly preferred. Strong experience in requirements analysis and business process modeling. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL. Good understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is required.
